The New Horizons Program of the Chautauqua Cyber Club, Inc., is a volunteer effort to provide free computers and Internet service to residents of Walton County who are homebound. It provides the opportunity to a population who have been bypassed in the technological age. We help them  cross the digital divide, and become connected  through the world of computing.

Support is received from public and private agencies, individuals, and an annual computer yard sale.  Equipment is obtained through donations.  All such support is tax deductible.

This community service is administered as an equal access program for residents of Walton County. It is a function of the 501(c)3 status conferred by the Internal Revenue Service for educational purposes.
