approval of CSP
Chautauqua Cyber Club, Inc.
Special Meeting
August 18, 2004
The special meeting was called to order by the President at 9:30AM, Room 150, Okaloosa-Walton College.
The purpose of this meeting was for the purpose of considering a proposed community Service Plan. The plan had been presented to the President on August 7, 2004 by J. B. Hillard, Temporary Community Service Coordinator.
The plan was the work of
Motion: by J. B. Hillard, Second by Mike Marzullo
That the proposed community service plan be adopted as presented.
Dan Owens led in a discussion of the plan.
The vote was by secret ballot. Results 15 yes 3 no - Motion passed.
The plan is attached to these minutes for record purposes.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 AM
